Founder and President of Forte′

Carol Fetzer, Founder and President of Forte’ Speakers Bureau, has been on the selecting and contracting side of the speaker business for over 20 years. Carol was founder and president of Milestone Events in Honolulu, Hawaii between 1982 and 1989 where she produced conferences and major events for businesses across all of the Hawaiian Islands. Additionally, she represented and produced events for recognized thought leaders and speakers including Anthony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki  and Marshall Thurber. In 1989 she joined The Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida where she was responsible for seminars and conferences for the Disney University. Appreciation for the work of Dr. Stephen Covey brought her to Covey Leadership Center in Utah in 1995 and, following a merger, FranklinCovey Co. where she was Director over their annual international client conference, senior executive conferences and executive dialogues. In 2002 Carol joined the National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP) in Alexandria, Virginia where she was Associate Executive Director over Membership and Marketing and was also responsible for several annual conferences as well as securing keynote presenters for their annual convention. In her work producing and directing major events, Carol has worked with internationally recognized thought leaders, authors, artists, athletes, and political leaders including General Colin Powell, General Norman Schwartzkopf, Elizabeth Dole, Warren Bennis, Dee Hock, Rosabeth Moss Kanter, Madame Jehan Sedat, Mikhail Gorbachev, Dewitt Jones, Stephen Lundin, Erik Weihenmayer, Liz Murray, Amanda Gore, Horst Schulze, Ram Charan, Meg Wheatley, Dan Jansen, Derek Para, Oksana Baiul, and Jim Collins, among others.
